AdventHealth in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to manage daily unit operations and support the nursing team. You will coordinate patient care, delegate tasks, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on a day shift.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in Nursing, Florida RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS certifications with 5+ years of clinical experience. The role offers full-time daytime hours with comprehensive benefits.

Job Description:

Documents accurately and timely according to guidelines and maintains a clear, neat, and safe environment for patients and staff. Ensures supplies and equipment for patient care are readily available and organized efficiently. Seeks information and guidance from others as needed and consistently uses skilled communication. Manages the daily operations of the nursing unit to ensure efficient and effective patient care. Provides direction, support, and guidance to charge nurses and the nursing team in their clinical and managerial development. Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and evaluates unit activities to maintain high-quality care and operational efficiency. Demonstrates responsible decision-making in planning, providing, and delegating care based on assessment of patient population. Communicates effectively with peers, staff, physicians, and administration to ensure smooth operations and patient care. Establishes and maintains two-way communication with peers, staff, physicians, and administration. Adapts to change in a positive, professional manner and follows through on problems that may compromise patient care. Cooperates well with peers and supports group decisions to foster a collaborative work environment. Ensures twenty-four-hour accountability for the unit's performance and patient care standards. Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience:
