The CCT RN assumes clinical decision making responsibility, based on in depth assessment of the patient’s needs and the patient care environment. The CCT RN provides leadership in patient transport by collaborating with the transport medical control physician and other healthcare professionals, and utilizing standardized procedures to provide best patient outcomes. As a clinical expert, the CCT RN uses evidence-based knowledge to mentor and improve the skill level of colleagues and staff from referring institutions.Salary: $62.43 – $92.81 Hourly**Qualifications*** Current/active unrestricted California RN license* BSN required* MSN preferred* 3 years full time (at least 4000 hours) nursing experience in adult critical care or high-acuity emergency department required. Tertiary, Quaternary, or Academic medical center preferred.* BLS Required- AHA or ARC* ACLS Required within six months of hire (AHA Only)* PALS Required within six months of hire (AHA Only)* One of the following specialty certifications is required within two years of hire+ Certified Flight Nurse (CFRN) OR+ Certified Transport Nurse (CTRN)### ORLANDOThere’s a togetherness and higher level of commitment to teamwork at UCLA Health.
