Wentworth-Douglas Hospital in Dover, NH is seeking an RN for the Critical Care Stepdown Unit. This on-site, per diem night-shift role places you on a 21-bed unit in a Magnet-recognized hospital with favorable nurse-to-patient ratios.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, assess patients, and coordinate with the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for each patient.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Active RN license in NH or state license.
  • BLS required; ACLS and other certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
  • Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects.
  • Record patients' vital signs and clinical data.
  • Coordinate with healthcare team to plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
  • Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
