Trinity Health's St. Peter's Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time Critical Care Step-Down position. The role is based in Albany's Capital Region, with a 12-hour night shift and Magnet Hospital leadership.

Formación

• A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
• Ability to assess, plan, direct, intervene and evaluate patient care.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• 1 year of RN experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver care and assess needs, planning for patients in the step-down unit.
• Assess the needs of each patient where assigned.
• Plan nursing care including spiritual, emotional, and physiological needs.
• Ensure the plan of care is carried out through performance and leadership of staff and evaluated.
• Be directly accountable to the Nurse Manager for quality of care.
• Modify and deliver age-appropriate care for patients.
• As charge, perform clinical and leadership functions and plan nursing care.
