Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle. You will apply nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, while coordinating activities of the care team and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications include RN licensure in Georgia, BCLS, and a nursing education from an accredited program. New graduates are welcome; a hospital setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in Georgia required (or NLC/eNCL multistate license).
• BCLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• New graduates eligible to apply.
• Nursing experience in hospital setting preferred; PRN experience considered.

The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License. Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
