Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within the hospital's policies and procedures, coordinating activities of assigned staff to maintain high standards of care.

Current Georgia RN licensure and BCLS are required. New graduates are eligible to apply; hospital experience is preferred, with PRN roles common for beginners.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• No experience required; new graduates eligible.
• Nursing experience in hospital setting preferred.
• 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License. Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum)
