Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Staff Nurse for the PCCU Medical ICU. This full-time night shift role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective outcomes.
The ideal candidate holds an ADN or higher, IL licensure, ACLS and BLS, and inpatient experience is preferred. This position offers comprehensive benefits and premium pay options.
Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. The Staff Nurse will collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
