Job description

RN-Critical Care ICU (FT, Nights) Monterey Park Hospital

Monterey Park Hospital, a 101-bed acute care facility located in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County, is seeking a Registered Nurse for our ICU Unit. This is a full-time, 12-hour night shift position reporting to the Director of Critical Care Services.

The Registered Nurse provides care, treatment, counseling, and health education to hospitalized patients. The RN is responsible for planning and coordinating care across the continuum, including meeting and exceeding compliance with core measures, contributing to reduction in LOS, and actively participating in quality, safety, and performance improvement activities. The RN collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding customer service to patients, families, physicians, and the public, ensuring compliance with DHS, TJC, and other regulatory requirements.
