Job summary

HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital is seeking an RN for the Float Pool to support patient care across multiple units. This role emphasizes advocacy for patients and families, coordination of care, and collaboration with teams to deliver high-quality care.

The position requires Florida RN licensure, BLS certification, and 2 years of bedside acute care experience, with ACLS preferred and to be obtained within 6 months of hire. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity at a leading regional hospital.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate license (Compact)
• BLS-AHA Provider card required within 30 days
• 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
• ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
• BSN preferred

Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

Job Requirements:

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.

• BLS-AHA Provider issued cardrequiredwithin30 daysof start

• 2years'of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting

• Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire

• BSN is preferred
