Incredible Health in Palmdale, CA is hiring an RN - Critical Care to deliver high-acuity patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will assess patients, monitor life-support systems, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to implement care plans; prior ICU experience and ACLS are preferred.

This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary range from $76,270 to $125,920 per year.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree and current RN license.
• At least 1 year ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to perform under stress and collaborate with team.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care for critically ill, unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the condition and care plan.
