Health Advocates Network is seeking a RN-Critical Care nurse to work at a facility in Los Angeles, CA. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $68/hour

Shift Details: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nursing Specialty Recent Experience: Level 1 Trauma Critical Care (Required)

Duties include:

• Monitoring critically ill patients and responding quickly to changes in condition
• Managing life-support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes
• Administering medications and IV drips accurately and on schedule
• Performing detailed assessments and documenting findings clearly
• Collaborating with doctors and the care team to plan and adjust treatment
• Providing emotional support to patients and families during stressful times
• Following infection control and safety procedures
• Handling emergency situations like cardiac arrest with skill and calmness
• Educating patients and families about care, procedures, and recovery
• Maintaining accurate records in electronic medical systems

Requirements:

• At least 12 months of RN experience
• Valid RN license issued by the State of CA
• Current CPR card (American Heart Association)
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior) certification
• Fire Card
