Avera is seeking a Registered Nurse for The Link, a community triage center in Sioux Falls, offering rotating days/evenings/nights with 72 hours per two weeks. The role includes potential $18,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment and eligibility for loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care by reviewing physician orders and communicating care plans
• Develop and document nursing care plans with clear objectives
• Educate patients and families about conditions, medications and self-care
• Evaluate care outcomes and adjust plans as needed
• Maintain infection control, medication safety, and regulatory compliance
• Document care in patient records and coordinate with the health care team
