Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions in Franklin, Wisconsin, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Day Shift in the Nursing Department. You will provide patient care using the nursing process, working under the supervision of Charge Nurses, and assist in implementing medical plans.

The ideal candidate is a graduate from an accredited nursing school with at least one year of clinic experience. You must maintain a Wisconsin RN license and CPR certification. This position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's clinic experience preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin.
• CPR certification must be obtained and maintained.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Work under the supervision of Charge Nurse(s).
• Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form of charting.
