Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is looking for a Registered Nurse RN to provide quality patient care in a corrections facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Your role will involve assessment, planning, and implementation of care, requiring strong communication and critical thinking skills.

You will collaborate with Charge Nurse(s) to ensure optimal patient outcomes and document nursing encounters as per policy. We are an organization that values diversity and committed to helping underserved populations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year clinic experience preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and assist with medical procedures as needed.
• Document nursing encounters and communicate information to staff.
