You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, document observations and treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a secure correctional setting, prioritizing safety, wellness, and rehabilitation for each patient.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and modify plans based on patient responses.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including observations, treatments, and responses to care.
• Supervise other nursing staff, such as LPNs or CNAs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a secure, structured environment--providing care that truly matters.
• Ensure patient safety, wellness, and rehabilitation in a correctional setting.
