Job Description - RN COORDINATOR - Pediatrics Primary Care (Temple Faculty Physicians/40 hours Day shifts) (247143)

The RN Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the designated clinic, ensuring its efficient and effective functioning. This includes leading and providing oversight for clinic development and enhancement, maintaining and managing data systems, and conducting data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. The RN Coordinator ensures the clinic adheres to all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining compliance. Additionally, the coordinator develops and delivers training to staff, ensuring clinic protocols and procedures are implemented. Monitoring and tracking clinic activities and outcomes to ensure that the goals and objectives of the program are met is also crucial to this role. The coordinator will take an active role in providing direct comprehensive clinical care in the scope of professional practice, training, and educating patients.

Education

  1. Other: Graduate of accredited school of nursing (Required)
  2. Bachelor's Degree: Nursing (Preferred)

Experience

  1. 3 Years experience in area of clinical specialty (Preferred)
  2. General Experience in an outpatient/ambulatory setting (Preferred)
  3. General experience with EPIC EMR (Preferred)

License/Certifications

  1. RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
  2. BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
