As an RN, Coordinator of Patient Care Services, your responsibilities include:

  1. Acting as a resource, role model, and clinical leader for the patient care team.
  2. Evaluating patient needs and making care recommendations accordingly.
  3. Monitoring staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing for patient care.
  4. Reporting to the Nurse Manager and assisting nursing staff in providing compassionate, safe, and quality care for patients and families.
  5. Managing and influencing clinical nursing practice and the environment of care.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current licensure in Pennsylvania
  • At least three (3) years of prior nursing experience
