Job summary

Providence Home Infusion in Oregon is seeking an experienced registered nurse to coordinate nursing services, manage patient and staff scheduling, and ensure seamless daily workflows for delivering high-quality home infusion care.

Qualifications

Coordinate the nursing services of Providence Home Infusion. This includes process development, patient and staff scheduling, coordination with pharmacy and oversight of daily workflow for delivery of nursing care.

Required Qualifications

• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 3 years Home Infusion nursing experience.
