Providence Home Infusion Pharmacy in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Nurse Manager for a full-time day schedule. You will supervise staff and coordinate interdisciplinary home-based patient care, while ensuring staffing levels and productivity targets are met.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Oregon RN license upon hire.
• Driving may be necessary; provide driver license and auto insurance if requested.
• 4 years of Home Infusion experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or healthcare related field or equivalent educ/experience.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
• 4 years - Home Infusion experience.
• 2 years - Supervisory experience.
