Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester seeks a RN Coordinator to provide 24/7 shift leadership in the Emergency Department, supporting the Nurse Manager/Director and guiding staff across all shifts.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, a Bachelor's in Nursing (MSN preferred), and national certification with at least 2 years in a clinical specialty. Strong leadership and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Florida.
• National nursing certification required; specialty certification if not already obtained.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical specialty.
• Strong patient care outcomes management and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership in patient care and unit outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on staff development, performance evaluations, and throughput processes.
