Jupiter Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide Patient Centered Care for an assigned group of patients within nursing services. The RN will plan, direct, and evaluate care, maintaining a holistic view of patients’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial status.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• NIHSS training can be obtained through various organizations and learning systems that offer courses from the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• The RN plans, directs, and evaluates nursing care while providing a holistic view of patient status.
• Initial assessments establish a baseline to tailor care and meet identified outcomes.
• Ongoing assessment and reassessment to meet changing patient needs.
• RN documents accurately, ensures supplies, and operates equipment knowledgeably.
• RN acts as educator to peers, patients, and families to support service excellence.
