• Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care with a holistic view.
• Follow established nursing objectives, standards, policies and procedures.
• Initial assessments establish baselines for individualized care.
• Ongoing assessment and reassessment to meet changing needs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper equipment operation.
• Educate peers, patients, and families; support service excellence.
