Job Summary
Job Details

Serving the needs of Garfield Heights and the Southeast communities of Cuyahoga County since 1949, Marymount Hospital is a 269-registered bed acute care, faith-based hospital and became the first regional hospital to become a member of the Cleveland Clinic Healthcare System in 1995. This Magnet-recognized hospital maintains a strong commitment to the communities it serves through blending compassionate patient care with exceptional medical expertise. At Marymount Hospital, caregivers are guided by the Christian values of service, compassion, dignity and respect and live by the mission of providing world-class healthcare.

Marymount Hospital’s 5th Floor Complex Medicine Unit is our most recently reopened inpatient unit, offering a fresh, energized environment where your voice and ideas matter. This 12-bed telemetry unit cares for adult medical-surgical patients with multiple comorbidities, giving you frequent opportunities to sharpen assessment skills, recognize subtle changes, and strengthen clinical judgment while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Joining the 5th floor team means helping shape a growing unit while being supported by engaged leaders and teammates dedicated to an exceptional patient experience. Daily plan-of-care visits with the attending provider promote clear communication, shared goals, and a more connected experience for patients and families. It is a strong launching point for future goals, whether you are interested in travel nursing or moving into specialty practice such as ICU, ED, or other focused areas, because you will build broad, transferable med-surg and telemetry skills.

As an RN on this team, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care by interacting directly with patients, families, and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare information as needed. How You’ll Benefit

  • Take advantage of industry leading benefits, including our RN Loan Repayment program, which helps pay off student debt, and our Tuition Reimbursement program to reinvest in your career. And if you’re relocating to join us, you could be eligible for relocation assistance.
  • Our Center for Workplace Violence Prevention and Caregiver Well-Being sets caregiver safety as a priority, identifying, reporting and responding to incidents and providing safety resources.
