Bardstown Health & Rehab in Bardstown, Kentucky, seeks Registered Nurses (RNs) for part-time day shifts on Saturdays to be the heart of our skilled care team. You will provide nursing care, plan interventions, administer meds, educate families, and work with therapists to support resident well-being.

Qualificações

• Active state RN license in Kentucky.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand/bend/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders.
• Plan nursing interventions and monitor implementation.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and develop alternatives.
• Conduct family and resident education.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Transcribe orders and document progress accurately.
• Identify condition changes and report to supervisors.
• Follow skin management protocols for residents.
• Order and report diagnostic tests timely.
• Coordinate rehab programs with therapists.
• Ensure CNA documentation and assignments are timely.
