Job summary
Atlantic Health is recruiting a Registered Nurse to collaborate with a healthcare team in treating patients with various injuries and illnesses. The role involves monitoring patients, administering medications, educating patients, and maintaining comprehensive medical records
The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing program background, RN licensure, BLS, and preferably a BSN/ACLS. This hospital network offers opportunities across multiple facilities in New Jersey.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing; BSN within five years; Master's degree; ACLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
- Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
- Records patient vital signs and medical information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
