Qualifications

• Valid OH RN license required
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
• Compassionate, empathetic, patient-focused
• Ability to lead and supervise nursing staff
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read/write English proficiently

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document residents' health status and progress
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to deliver care
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educate residents and families on health management
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement
