Job summary

Cabarrus Health & Rehabilitation Center in Concord, NC is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care-focused team. You will supervise CNAs, deliver personalized nursing care per each resident's plan, and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active unencumbered RN licensure in North Carolina.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct the work of CNAs.
• Provide individualized nursing care per residents' care plans.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
• Administer prescribed medications as ordered by the physician.
• Explain procedures and treatments to gain patient cooperation.
• Observe vital signs and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain and document residents' medical records.
• Support residents' emotional well-being and plan post-discharge care.
• Perform other duties to provide exceptional care.
