Job summary

Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide quality nursing services as part of the patient care team.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while maintaining a positive, supportive environment and upholding confidentiality and safety standards. You will participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain licensure, and contribute to Shared Governance through councils and activities.

Qualifications

• Requires RN with an active nursing license in the United States.
• Educational requirements include ADN or Diploma; BSN preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required or must be obtained.
• Commitment to professional development and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates the patient’s condition.
• Assists with care plan and actions to improve outcomes.
• Delivers care per plan and uses independent judgment.
• Communicates patient care plans with the team.
• Prioritizes daily patient flow and experience.
• Maintains documentation of assessments, changes, and care delivered.
• Supports confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
