Wellstar Health System’s MCG Health Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse to provide quality nursing services as part of the patient care team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while maintaining a positive and supportive environment for patients and families.

You will participate in performance improvement, uphold confidentiality and safety, and support Shared Governance through councils or related activities.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree in nursing or diploma; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS CPR certification required.
• RN licensure (single state) or RN-COMPACT multi-state licensure.

Aufgaben

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates the patients conditions.
• Delivers care plan as outlined, applying independent judgment.
• Collaborates with and communicates patient care plans with other staff.
• Prioritizes and coordinates daily patient flow and patient experience.
• Maintains documentation of patient assessment, changes in condition, care delivered, and incidents.
• Advocates for patients and families; supports patient- and family-centered care.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives.
