Wellpath is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Nursing department in Castle Rock, Colorado. Compensation ranges from $44.67 to $49.63 per hour, with added shift differentials for nights and weekends.

You will provide patient care under the nursing process, administer medications, document encounters, and collaborate with Charge Nurses and physicians. The role emphasizes compassion, critical thinking, and clear communication in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• CPR certification required.
• Prefer minimum 1 year clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individual treatment programs with Charge Nurse and staff.
• Administer medications and assist with tests or procedures.
• Count controlled substances and follow policies.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP and participate in training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff and physicians.
