Job summary

Riverview Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Rhode Island is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. The facility offers daily pay and competitive hourly wages of $35–$44, all inclusive.

As an RN you will follow care plans, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, document accurately, and collaborate with the care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current active RN license in Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to nursing practice standards and written care plans.
• Follow and implement plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per the care plan.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation following physician orders and policies.
