Job summary

Mass General Brigham's community reintegration unit NB2 (adult generalized inpatient) at 115 Mill Street seeks a registered nurse to stabilize patients with milieu and medication management, group therapy, and community reintegration goals.

The role emphasizes nursing process, patient safety, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and return to the community. Onsite, 32 hours weekly with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• RN state license required or valid RN certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• 0-1 year medical/psychiatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses patients' needs.
• Performs point-of-care testing and communicates findings to the team.
• Delivers and documents nursing interventions.
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Delegates care interventions and participates in training of staff.
• Engages in multidisciplinary treatment planning and team rounds.
