Job summary

Inova Schar Cancer Institute in Fairfax is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the community health team at the Saville Center for Cancer Screening and Prevention. This Full-Time day shift runs Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday shifts for the Mobile Bus program onsite.

The RN will travel to various locations in northern Virginia 1–2 times per week, providing coordination and compassionate care to patients and families in a setting that emphasizes prevention and early

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of RN clinical experience.
• BSN or ADN; if ADN, BSN within 5 years of start date.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association required.
• RN licensed, eligible to practice in Virginia.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable clinical care and care coordination.
• Support the Mobile Bus team at community sites 1–2 times per week.
• Travel to a variety of locations in northern Virginia.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
