Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, VA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Saville Screening and Prevention Center. This full-time role focuses on intra-procedure work within a fast-paced center that handles EGDs, colonoscopies and related procedures.

The schedule is four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements. Qualified candidates must hold an RN license in Virginia and a BLS certification from the American Heart

Competenze

• One year of direct operating room (OR), endoscopy or PACU experience as a Registered Nurse.
• RN license to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• BLS healthcare provider certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) requirements.

The Saville Screening and Prevention Center is a state-of-the-art Center with 4 Procedural Suites and 12 Pre-op/PACU Beds. Screenings completed at the center include EGDs, Colonoscopies, Bronchoscopies, Thoracentesis, Robotic EBUS, and Cytoscopies.

GE/GI Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum: One year of direct Operating Room (OR), Endoscopy or PACU experience as a Registered Nurse. If PACU Nurse, one year of critical care (ICU or ED) or PACU RN experience is required.
• RN license to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• BLS healthcare provider certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associate’s Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.

GE/GI Nurse Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience in procedural area
