Job summary

Community Bridges is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries in the community. Join a team that values compassionate care outside traditional settings and offers hands-on training.

The role includes leading staff training, medication oversight, and completing the Nurse Trainer Certification through the Department of Health and Human Services.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current New Hampshire license.
• At least 2 years of licensed nursing experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in disability nursing.

Responsibilities

• Train staff on proper care, medication oversight, and answer medical questions.
• Provide oversight and review of nursing documentation.
• Complete Nurse Trainer Certification through DHHS.
• Deliver classroom training on medication administration for new hires and renewals.
