Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of practice or compact state.
• Minimum of one year of hospital clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery.
• Collect patient health data and determine data collection priorities.
• Analyze data to derive diagnoses and patient problems.
• Develop and implement a plan of care and evaluate patient progress.
• Participate in quality-of-care activities as appropriate to improve nursing care.
