Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of practice or compact state required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and desired outcomes.
• Administer treatments and medications, interpret diagnostic tests, formulate a plan of care, and educate patients and significant others.
• Provide continuity of care and documentation per hospital standards.
• Participate in quality-of-care activities and performance improvement efforts.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
