We are looking for an experienced RN Coding Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated workforce in a global company that celebrates the skills you bring.
Our RN Coding Lead is responsible for driving consistency and ensuring adherence to established governmental coding policies. In addition to contributing to overseeing of day to day operations, this individual also works to ensure the standardization and consistency of work-flow compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee day to day operations of Medical Coding Team - reviewing metrics, distribution of workload, training of coding personnel
Strengthen consistency for medical record documentation and correct use of CPT-4 and ICD-10 codes
Maintaining adherence to government, as well as third-party(ies), billing guidelines, AMA, AAP, CMS, and coding policies
Ensure standardization and consistency of work-flow compliance
Drive ‘front-end’ workflows and business processes
QUALIFICATIONS
Active/Clear Registered Nursing License; Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma program for Nursing directly related to obtaining a Registered Nursing License Preferred
Minimum requirement: Active/Clear LPN or LVN Licenses
3-5 years experience in Healthcare Billing, Health Insurance, Coding, or equivalent operations
1+ year(s) prior supervisory experience
Healthcare (professional) billing, knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding, government, government sponsored and commercial follow-up requirements as well as appeals processes and requirements
Experience in EMR (i.e. eCW, EPIC, etc.) MS Office Suite and Google Suite products
