Job summary

Jobtailor in Madison, WI is seeking a compassionate RN to join our world-class team of doctors, nurses and health care professionals delivering preventive health care and highly specialized programs.

You will be an active member of the interdisciplinary team, care for patients and families across diverse populations and locations, triage calls, promote healthy lifestyles, and provide chronic condition management and education to support optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of school of nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• 6 months of RN experience required.
• Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a compact state upon hire required.
• CPR/BLS Certification upon hire required.
• Applicable clinical certification preferred.
