Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Georgia.
• Associate degree required.

• Long Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care for assigned patients on shift.
• Document all aspects of the nursing process in the EMR.
• Participate in unit governance and quality initiatives.
• Assist with discharge planning and care transitions.
