Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Registered Nurse license to practice in Texas; current BLS certification.
• 1 year of RN experience or completion of GN program; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage patients with common clinical issues per Texas Nursing Practice Act.
• Apply standards, principles, and algorithms to patient care; know when to seek assistance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and safety for patients.
