Qualifications

• BSN or ADN with the expectation of obtaining a BSN within five years.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in an acute care environment.
• Current Michigan Nursing License, valid BLS, ACLS within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Act as shift supervisor and clinical liaison with staff, physicians, and management.
• Assist with hiring, orientation, evaluation, coaching and corrective action.
• Develop unit goals, plan staffing and manage daily operations.
• Participate in QA, research, and ensure accreditation standards.
