Qualifications

• Licensed RN or licensed Pharmacist in the state of practice.
• At least 2 years in the healthcare industry.
• Experience establishing relationships with organizations and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintains and grows relationships with referral sources to increase sales and patient starts.
• Educates patients, families and facility staff about Option Care services and products.
• Coordinate discharge planning to ensure timely transition to home or alternate site care.
• Partner with Account Manager and Regional Sales Director to execute area business and growth plans.
• Communicate with internal and external partners throughout the discharge process.
