Job summary

You will manage orientation, support growth of current employees, participate in the Clinical Advancement Program, and collaborate with the unit leadership team to drive clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in New York per NYS Education Department.
• 2 years post-licensure clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• BLS certification required (AHA or American Red Cross)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical expertise on the unit.
• Manage the orientation and onboarding of new staff.
• Support the growth and development of current employees.
• Participate in the Clinical Advancement Program.
• Act as an active member of the unit leadership team.
