Thisiscny in Syracuse, NY is seeking a nurse leader to provide consistent day-to-day leadership and clinical expertise on the unit, driving customer service, quality, and the patient experience.

You will oversee orientation and onboarding of new staff, support growth of current employees, and participate in the Clinical Advancement Program as an active member of the unit leadership team. Acute care specialty experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure as outlined by NYS Education Department.
• Two years post-licensure clinical nursing experience in an acute care specialty area.
• CPR: AHA or Red Cross BLS; online BLS not acceptable.

Responsabilités
