Description

Position Summary: Responsible for daily operations of assigned critical care patient care unit(s). This includes the assessment, planning, provision and evaluation of patient care and nursing services for the assigned area of responsibility.

Experience

  • Required: 3-5 years related nursing experience
  • Preferred: Previous supervisory nursing experience

Education

  • Required: Bachelors degree in nursing
  • Preferred: Masters degree in nursing or related healthcare field

License and Credentials

  • Required: NJ State Nursing License
  • BLS Healthcare Provider Certification

Skills: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical skills and basic computer skills required.

Bi-Weekly Hours: 80

Work Schedule: M - F

The minimum starting rate for this position is $47.08

When determining a team members base rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of recent relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).
