Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Evening Shift in Syracuse, NY. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities:

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Establish a compassionate environment supporting residents and families
• Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations
• Protect resident confidence by monitoring confidential information
• Document resident care services accurately
• Foster a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Strong leadership qualities and positive team management skills
• Familiarity with EHR and Eperscribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
