Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in Progressive Care or Intermediate Care.
• BLS and ACLS required; PCCN certification preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical and operational activities of the Intermediate/Progressive Care Unit.
• Mentor nursing staff and support professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
• Participate in staffing, performance evaluations, and hiring processes.
• Monitor unit metrics and drive performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain an active presence on the unit to support staff.
