Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor for the NE-Arkansas Pulmonary Clinic. You will coordinate with the Clinic Manager to oversee staff, guide daily clinical operations, and ensure high-quality patient care. In the absence of the Clinic Manager, you will assume CM responsibilities.

The role requires an active RN license, supervisory experience, and a HS Diploma or GED. This on-site position supports Baptist Health’s comprehensive Arkansas network and pulmonary services.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing (AR or multi-state including AR)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ supervisory experience preferred
• Must be able to provide HS Diploma or GED upon request

• A minimum of three to five years’ supervisory experience preferred
• Must be able to provide HS Diploma or GED Equivalent upon request

This job will be authorized80.00 hours bi-weekly.
