Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking an experienced RN supervisor to lead multiple units and drive performance across quality, patient satisfaction, finances, and strategic/system goals.

The ideal candidate holds Arkansas RN licensure, BSN required with a Master’s preferred, and at least two years of managerial leadership. CPR and ACLS are required and provided.

Qualifications

• Must be an Arkansas-licensed Registered Nurse in good standing.
• BSN required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of managerial/leadership experience.
• CPR and ACLS certifications required.
